10. Remove the bolts. Remove the RH lower instrument panel finish panel reinforcement mounting bracket.
11. Looking up, between the interior engine cover and the passenger air bag module, locate and disconnect the passenger air bag module electrical
connector.
12. Attach the restraint system diagnostic tool to the vehicle harness side of the passenger air bag module electrical connector.
All vehicles
13. Install the ECS fuse F19 (10A) and F38 (10A) to the CJB.
14. Connect the battery ground cable.
