Remove the steering column opening lower finish panel reinforcement.
5. Disconnect the clockspring electrical connectors at the base of the steering column.
6. NOTE: Make sure the wheels are in the straight-ahead position.
Remove the steering wheel.
7. If so equipped, twist the tilt wheel handle and shank and remove.
8. Remove the lower steering column shroud.

Remove the three screws.

Remove the steering column shroud.
9. Remove the ignition switch lock cylinder.
