6. Disconnect all rubber hoses from the cooler bypass valve.
7. Use regulated compressed air to purge the cooler bypass valve of solvent.

Remove the plug from the cooler bypass valve.
Replacement
REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
WARNING: THE ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM MUST BE SHUT OFF PRIOR TO HOISTING,
JACKING, OR TOWING AN AIR SUSPENSION VEHICLE. THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY TURNING OFF THE RH KICK
PANEL AREA. FAILURE TO INFLATION OF DEFLATION OF THE AIR SPRINGS WHICH MAY RESULT IN SHIFTING OF
THE VEHICLE DURING THESE OPERATIONS.
2. Remove the front cooler tube from the front cooler bypass valve fitting.
