CAUTION: Using the incorrect gasket can cause damage to the transmission.

1. NOTE: Refer to the correct gasket usage. If the valve body separator plate was not removed, proceed to Step 6. Apply a light film of petroleum
jelly to the valve body separator plate prior to assembling the new gaskets.
Assemble the new gaskets to the valve body separator plate.
