CAUTION: Brake fluid is harmful to painted and plastic surfaces. If brake fluid is spilled onto a painted or plastic surface, immediately wash
it with water.
1. Remove the air cleaner and air cleaner outlet tube. For additional information, refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.
2. Remove the battery and battery tray. For additional information, refer to Battery.
3. Disconnect the brake fluid level switch electrical connector.
4. Using a suitable suction device, remove the brake fluid from the brake master cylinder reservoir.
