NOTE:

Make sure the hood latch bracket and front impact severity sensor mating surfaces are clean and free of foreign material.

Note position of the 2 locator tabs on sensor for installation.

Remove the bolt and the front impact severity sensor.
-

To install, tighten to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
6. Repower the system.
