Removal and Installation
WARNING: Do not use any fluid other than clean brake fluid meeting manufacturer's specification. Additionally, do not use brake fluid that
has been previously drained. Following these instructions will help prevent system contamination, brake component damage and the risk of
serious personal injury.

NOTICE: Do not spill brake fluid on painted or plastic surfaces or damage to the surface may occur. If brake fluid is spilled onto a painted or
plastic surface, immediately wash the surface with water.
1. Disconnect the brake fluid level warning switch electrical connector.
2. Using a suitable suction device, remove the brake fluid from the brake master cylinder reservoir.
3. If equipped with a manual transmission, release the clamp and disconnect the clutch hose from the brake fluid reservoir.

Plug the clutch master cylinder feed hose.
4. Remove the reservoir.

Release the retaining clips on the underside of the reservoir.

Pull the reservoir upwards.
5. Remove and discard the 2 seals.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
