DESCRIPTION
The Throttle Position (TP) Sensor is a variable resistor located in the throttle body.
OPERATION
The TP sensor detects the opening of the throttle and relays this signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The PCM uses this information
to control shifting and lockup.
