4. Remove the (A) bolts and the (B) crossmember.

5. Remove the steering gear mounting bracket nuts.

6. Position the steering gear (3504) slightly forward.

7. NOTE:  If equipped, detach the A/C line located on the front of the transmission support crossmember.

Remove the engine support crossmember.

Remove the engine support crossmember bolts and nuts.

Remove the LH engine mount nuts.

Remove the transaxle mount nuts.

8. Disconnect the three way catalytic converter, lower the exhaust assembly, and position aside.
