Water Pump: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Raise the vehicle.
3. Remove the splash shield.

Remove the bolts.

Remove the splash shield.
4. Loosen the bolts retaining the water pump pulley.
5. Remove the drive belt.
6. Position the A/C compressor out of the way.

Remove the bolts.
-
Position the compressor out of the way.
7. Remove the water pump from the middle timing belt cover.
