Radiator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Drain the engine cooling system.
2. Remove the fan blade.

3. Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler fittings.

Disconnect the upper transmission fluid cooler fitting.

Disconnect the lower transmission fluid cooler fitting.

4. Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the radiator.

Pry the locking tab up and out of the slot.

Rotate the lower radiator hose.

Disconnect the lower radiator hose.

5. Remove the radiator.

Remove the bolts.

Remove the brackets and the jack handle and wheel nut wrench retainers.

Lift the radiator off the radiator mounting insulators.

4

Remove the radiator mounting insulators.

INSTALLATION
