Expedition 2WD V8-281 4.6L SOHC (1998)
14. Position the fan shroud and install the bolts.
15. Install a new gasket and the throttle body adapter assembly and tighten in two steps.

Step 1: Tighten to 8-12 Nm (71-106 inch lb).

Step 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
16. Connect the brake booster vacuum hose.
17. Connect the IAC electrical connector.
