Expansion Valve: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Discharge and recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the quarter trim panel access cover.
3. Disconnect the A/C evaporator core from the A/C evaporator expansion valve.
4. Disconnect the A/C lines from the A/C evaporator expansion valve.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
