Rear
REMOVAL
Remove the rear brake anti-lock sensor.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the bolt.
3. Remove the rear brake anti-lock sensor.
NOTE: Remove all dirt from mounting surface and sensor to prevent contamination of rear axle lubrication.
INSTALLATION
Clean and inspect the rear brake anti-lock sensor.
1. Clean the axle mounting surface. Use care not to get dirt in the rear axle housing.
2. Inspect and clean the magnetized rear brake anti-lock sensor pole piece.
3. Inspect the rear anti-lock brake control o-ring for damage. Replace if necessary.
4. Lightly lubricate the rear anti-lock brake control o-ring with engine oil.
