Expedition 2WD V8-281 4.6L VIN W EFI (1997)
15. Install the valve housing in Bench Mounted Holding Fixture and loosen the steering gear Allen head race lock nut.
16. Use Adjuster and Locknut Wrench to remove the power steering gear race nut.
17. Remove the (A) power steering gear input shaft and control from the (B) valve housing.
18. Rotate the valve housing with Bench Mounted Holding Fixture.
19. Use Puller to remove the dust seal from the valve housing.
