Expedition 2WD V8-4.6L SOHC VIN 6 (1999)
4. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.
5. NOTE: Lubricate the inner lip of the rear crankshaft seal with Super Premium 5W30 Motor Oil XO-5W30-QSP or equivalent meeting Ford
specification WSS-M2C153-G.
Use the Rear Crankshaft Seal Replacer and the Rear Crankshaft Seal Adapter to install the rear main seal.
6. With the Rear Crankshaft Seal Adapter still installed, use the Rear Crankshaft Slinger Replacer and the Rear Crankshaft Seal Replacer to install
the rear main seal slinger.
7. Install the flywheel.
8. Install the oil pan.
9. Install the transmission.
