Expedition 2WD V8-5.4L (2009)
1. Enter the factory set 5 digit entry code.
2. Press and hold the 3/4 button.
3. While holding the 3/4 button, press and release the 7/8 button.
4. Release the 3/4 button. The horn chirps once if the autolocks are disabled, or chirps once followed by a honk if the autolocks are enabled.
Programming the Auto-Unlock Feature Using the Keyless Entry Keypad
NOTE: The auto-unlock feature can be enabled or disabled independently of the autolock feature.
NOTE: The following steps must be carried out within 30 seconds or the procedure will need to be repeated. If the procedure needs to be repeated, wait
30 seconds between programming sessions.
1. Enter the factory set 5 digit entry code.
2. Press and hold the 3/4 button.
3. While holding the 3/4 button, press and release the 7/8 button twice.
4. Release the 3/4 button. The horn chirps once if auto-unlock is disabled, or chirps once followed by a honk if auto-unlock is enabled.
