4. Rotate the belt tensioner clockwise and disconnect the accessory drive belt from the coolant pump pulley.
5. Remove the 4 bolts and the coolant pump pulley.
6. Remove the 4 bolts and the coolant pump.

Discard the O-ring seal.

To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Inspect the mating surfaces. Clean the sealing surfaces with metal surface prep. Follow the directions on the packaging.

Install a new O-ring seal. Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine coolant prior to installation.
