Accessory Drive Belt Idler Pulley

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the cooling fan shroud. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.

2. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt from the generator pulley.
3. Remove the bolt and the accessory drive belt idler pulley.

To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

4. Repeat the previous step for each accessory drive belt idler pulley being serviced.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
