Install Timing Chain Tensioner Tool T97T-6K254-A. See Figure 14.

Tighten the top two clamp bolts on Camshaft Gear Holding Tool T97T-6256-B to 10 Nm (89 lb-in) and then tighten the camshaft sprocket bolt to
85 Nm (63 lb-ft). See Figure 15.

Remove the Timing Chain Tensioner Tool T97T-6K254-A and install the LH camshaft tensioner with a new washer and tighten to 44 Nm (32
lb-ft).

Remove all special tools from the cylinder head.

Remove Crankshaft Holding Tool T97T-6303-A from the crankshaft.
32.
Install the accessory bracket. Tighten the four (4) bolts to 42 Nm (31 lb-ft).
33.
Install the radiator. Refer to the service procedure in Section 303-03 in the appropriate Workshop Manual.
34.
Install the engine coolant temperature sensor, tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). Then, connect the engine coolant temperature connector.
