related damage is involved, Ford Motor Company will pay for a rental vehicle for up to seven (7) days while the vehicle is out of service or while waiting
for parts. Fuel usage will be at the owner's expense. Follow Extended Service Plan (ESP) guidelines for rental vehicle dollar amounts. Enter the word
"RENTAL" plus the number of days the vehicle was used in the Miscellaneous Expense area. Parts must be ordered so that they will be received in the
quickest possible manner while the customer is using a rental vehicle.
If a rental vehicle is needed for more than two (2) days for normal timing chain guide repairs or longer than seven (7) days for related damage repairs,
contact the Special Service Support Center at 1-800-325-5621 for direction.
