6. Disconnect the lower radiator hose at the water pump.

Release the clamp.

Remove the hose.
7. Remove the water pump pulley.
8. Remove the water pump.
Installation
1. Note: Use Metal Surface Cleaner F4AZ-1DA536-RA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSE-M5B392-A and a suitable plastic or wooden
scraper to clean the scaling surfaces.
Install the water pump.
