Front Crankshaft Seal: Service and Repair
Special Tools
Removal
1. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
2. Using the special tool, remove the crankshaft front oil seal.
Installation
1. Note: Lubricate the seal lip with Super Premium SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil XO-5W30-QSP or equivalent meeting Ford specification
WSS-M2C153-G.
Using the special tools and install the crankshaft front oil seal.
2. Install the crankshaft pulley.
