Use an alignment machine to determine the camber/slug configuration that the vehicle was built with. The possible combinations are shown in Figure 4.

NOTE:

TO EASE IDENTIFICATION, NOTE THE RELATIVE POSITION OF THE SLOT CUT IN THE SLUG TO THE ORIENTATING RIB
THAT INDEXES THE SLUG TO THE AXLE.

Once the combination has been determined, refer to the appropriate combination of the following steps for the configuration of the vehicle being
repaired.
