14. Using suitable tools, crimp the heater hoses.
15. Disconnect the heater hoses from the auxiliary heater core.
16. Remove the auxiliary climate control housing.
INSTALLATION
1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install new O-rings lubricated in PAG oil.

Clean and lubricate the coolant hoses with MERPOL(R) or plain water only if needed.
2.
Top-off the engine coolant level.
3.
Evacuate, leak test, and charge the refrigerant system.
