LIGHT TRUCK:
1992-93 BRONCO, F-150-350 SERIES
ISSUE:
A fuel system "knocking" noise may be heard on some vehicles. This is caused by fuel injector pulsations being transmitted through the fuel lines.
ACTION:
Install a new front fuel line assembly with pulse dampener. Refer to the following procedure for service details.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
Relieve fuel system pressure as outlined in Section 10-101A of the 1993 Service Manual.
