Loosen the camshaft phaser sprocket bolt one turn.
2. CAUTION: Camshaft procedure must be followed exactly or damage to valves and pistons will result.
NOTE: Front cover removed only for clarity.
NOTE: LH is shown, RH is similar.
Install the special tool in the LH timing chain as shown.
3. Scribe a location mark on the timing chain and the camshaft phaser sprocket assembly.
