F 150 2WD Pickup V8-5.4L SOHC VIN 5 (2004)
1. Tighten the bolts in two stages in the sequence shown.

Stage 1: Tighten to 2 Nm (18 inch lbs.).

Stage 2: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
Item 6: Fuel Supply Tube Spring Lock Coupling Installation Note
1. Inspect and clean both coupling ends. Install new O-rings and garter springs if necessary.

Lubricate the O-rings with clean engine oil.
2. Fit the male fitting into the female end and push until the garter spring snaps over the flared end of the female fitting.
