Housing Assembly HVAC: Service and Repair
PLENUM CHAMBER, ASSEMBLY AND COMPONENTS
REMOVAL
1. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing.
2. Disconnect the mode door actuator electrical connectors and position the wire harness aside.
3. Remove the upper plenum chamber screws.
4. Remove the lower plenum chamber screws and the plenum chamber.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
