To remove individual parts, only carry out the listed steps:

Item 2: Brake Caliper, Pads and Anchor Plate Removal Note
1. CAUTION: Do not allow the brake caliper to hang by the flexible brake hose.
Support the caliper to the vehicle.
Item 8: Wheel Knuckle Removal Note
1. The upper ball joint, the lower ball joint, and the tie-rod end ball studs do not require special tools to be removed from the wheel knuckle.
Item 8: Wheel Knuckle Installation Note
1. Clean the axle (including the threaded end) of any dirt or grease using the specified solvent before installing the brake disc.
Item 4: Brake Disc Installation Note
1. CAUTION: Do not apply lubricant to the threaded part of the axle.
To ease installation, lubricate the inner race of the bearing assembly using the specified lubricant.
