Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the steering wheel.
3. Remove the two screws and the lower dash panel.
4. Remove the screw and the lower steering column shroud.
5. Remove the two screws and the upper steering column shroud.
