4. NOTE: Clean the engine support insulator bracket-to-cylinder block mating surfaces and the engine support insulator-to-frame mating surfaces of
any dirt or foreign material prior to installation.
Position the RH engine support insulator bracket and the RH engine support insulator in the vehicle.
5. Install the 3 RH engine support insulator bracket bolts.

Apply threadlock to the bolt threads prior to installation.

Tighten to 63 Nm (46 lb-ft).
6. Loosely install the RH engine support insulator through bolt.

Apply threadlock to the bolt threads prior to installation.
All vehicles
7. Lower the engine far enough to install the RH engine support insulator studs.

Apply threadlock to the stud threads prior to installation.

Tighten to 15 Nm (133 lb-in).
8. Lower the engine.
9. NOTICE: Use only hand tools when installing the RH engine support insulator nuts or the engine support insulator may be damaged.
Install the RH engine support insulator nuts.

Apply threadlock to the stud threads prior to installation.
-
Tighten to 250 Nm (184 lb-ft).
10. NOTICE: Use only hand tools when installing the LH engine support insulator through bolt or the engine support insulator may be
damaged.
Install the LH engine support insulator through bolt.

Apply threadlock to the bolt threads prior to installation.
-
Tighten to 350 Nm (258 lb-ft).
RH engine support insulator
11. NOTICE: Use only hand tools when installing the RH engine support insulator through bolt or the engine support insulator may be
damaged.
Tighten the RH engine support insulator through bolt.

Tighten to 350 Nm (258 lb-ft).
12. Position the A/C compressor and install the 3 bolts.

Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
13. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner and install the accessory drive belt on the A/C compressor pulley.
