Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to AE9.
No
VERIFY the BJB fuse 82 (10A) is OK. If OK, GO to AE8. If not OK, REFER to the Wiring Diagrams to identify the possible causes of the circuit short.

While applying the brake pedal, measure the voltage between the BJB fuse 82 (10A), circuit CCB08 (VT/WH), input side and ground.
