Brake Pedal Assy: Service and Repair
With Manual Transmission
REMOVAL:
Clutch Master Cylinder Push Rod Removal

Disconnect the clutch master cylinder pushrod.
Clutch Pedal Position Switch Removal
-
Disconnect the Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch.
Disconnect Brake Master Cylinder Push Rod
-
Disconnect the brake booster push rod.

Remove the self-locking pin.

Separate the (A) brake on/off (BOO) switch from the (B) brake booster push rod.
3
Remove the brake booster push rod spacer.
4
Remove the brake booster push rod bushing.
