Variable Induction Control Actuator: Service and Repair
CHARGE MOTION CONTROL VALVE (CMCV)
NOTE: The charge motion control valve (CMCV) is sometimes referred to as the intake manifold runner control (IMRC) actuator in Computers and
Control Systems.
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the intake manifold.
2. Disconnect the charge motion control valve (CMCV) rods.
3. Remove the stud bolt, the bolts and the CMCV.

To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
