Disassembly
1. NOTE: Removal is not necessary to disassemble, inspect, hone or overhaul the rear wheel cylinder.
Disassemble the rear wheel cylinder.

Remove the rubber boots.

Remove the rear wheel cylinder pistons.

Remove the cups.

Remove the expander.
5
Remove the wheel cylinder bleeder screw from the rear wheel cylinder.
Assembly
1. NOTE: Coat all the rear wheel cylinder parts with Ford High Performance DOT 3 Motor Vehicle Brake Fluid C6AZ-19542-AB or equivalent
DOT 3 fluid meeting Ford specification ESA-M6C25-A.
Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
