F 150 Super Crew 4WD V8-5.4L Prop SOHC VIN Z (2003)
28. Rotate the belt tensioner clockwise and detach the drive belt from the alternator pulley.
29. Remove the bolts and the generator upper mounting bracket.
30. Remove the generator lower mounting bolts and position the generator aside.
31. Remove the bolts, the thermostat housing and the thermostat.

Discard the O-ring seal.
