REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the front seat safety belt adjustable D-ring.

Pull back the cover.

Use the special tool to remove the bolt.
3
Disconnect the front seat safety belt adjustable D-ring.
2. Remove the scuff plate.
3. Use the special tool to remove the bolt and the front safety belt retractor.
