1.
Place transmission in neutral position and release parking brake, then raise and support vehicle.
2.
Loosen parking brake adjusting clevis locknut several turns, then remove locking pin and clevis pin.
3.
Position and hold lever in applied position, then screw the clevis clockwise onto threaded end of cable until clevis pin can be inserted into clevis
and brake actuating lever Fig. 4.

Rotate clevis counterclockwise 10 full turns. Reinstall clevis pin and lockpin and tighten locknut. Check rotation of driveshaft for freedom from
drag.
