Brake Rotor/Disc: Description and Operation
PURPOSE
A front disc brake rotor shield (2K004), bolted to the front wheel spindle (3105), protects the bearings and inboard surface of the front disc brake hub
and rotor (1102) from road splash. The wheel protects the outboard surface of the front disc brake hub and rotor and disc brake caliper (2B120).
