15. Remove the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.

Disconnect the upper fitting.

Remove the tube.
16. Disconnect the EGR valve vacuum line.
17. NOTE: For clarity, the EGR valve is shown removed.
Disconnect the EVR solenoid electrical and vacuum harness.
18. Remove the throttle body adapter:

Remove the four bolts.
^
Remove the throttle body adapter.
^
Remove the throttle body adapter gasket.
19. Remove the two screws at the top of the fan shroud and position the fan shroud toward the engine.
20. Remove the generator.
