11. Remove and discard the valve housing seal.
12. Place the valve housing in the special tool and remove the worm thrust bearing retainer ring setscrew.

Discard the setscrew.
13. Using the special tool, remove the worm thrust bearing retainer ring.
14. Remove the input shaft and control from the valve housing.
