Brake Adjuster Screw
3. Turn the brake adjuster screw.

Use a brake adjuster tool.
4. Adjust the brake adjuster screw until drag is felt.
5. Loosen the brake adjuster screw so brake drum turns freely.
6. Install the brake adjusting hole cover.
7. Check and adjust the other brake assembly.
8. Lower and test drive the vehicle.
NOTE: After adjusting the rear brake shoes and linings, check the parking brake for proper operation. Make sure the parking brake cable equalizer
operates freely. Refer to Parking Brake System testing and inspection.
NOTE: If equipped with air suspension, reactivate the system by turning on the air suspension switch.
