HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER HANDLING. IF BRAKE FLUID CONTACTS EYES, FLUSH EYES WITH RUNNING WATER
FOR 15 MINUTES. GET MEDICAL ATTENTION IF IRRITATION PERSISTS. IF TAKEN INTERNALLY, DRINK WATER AND
INDUCE VOMITING. GET MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY.
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
WARNING:THE ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM MUST BE SHUT OFF PRIOR TO HOISTING,
JACKING OR TOWING AN AIR SUSPENSION VEHICLE, THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY TURNING OFF THE AIR
SUSPENSION SWITCH LOCATED IN THE RH KICK PANEL AREA. FAILURE TO DO S0 MAY RESULT IN
UNEXPECTED INFLATION OR DEFLATION OF THE AIR SPRINGS WHICH MAY RESULT IN SHIFTING OF THE
VEHICLE DURING THESE OPERATIONS.
2. Disconnect the rear brake hose.

Remove the rear brake hose bolt.

Remove and discard the copper washers. Plug the rear brake hose.

Disconnect the rear brake hose.
3. For the RH side, disconnect the brake line from the rear brake hose.
4. For the RH side, remove the rear brake hose frame bolt and remove the hose.
5. For the LH side, remove the two brake lines from the rear brake hose.
6. For the LH side, remove the rear brake hose frame bolt and remove the hose.
INSTALLATION:
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Bleed the affected brake; refer to the procedure in this section.
