5. Remove the starter motor solenoid terminal cover.

6. Disconnect the starter motor connections.

Remove the (A) starter motor ground cable nut and disconnect the (B) starter motor ground cable.

Remove the (C) solenoid cable nut and disconnect the (D) solenoid cable.

Remove the (E) starter motor positive cable nut and disconnect the (F) starter motor positive cable.

7. Remove the cables.
