Removal and Installation

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
Vehicles with 7.3L engine
2. Loosen the clamps and remove the air cooler outlet duct.
3. Press the brake pedal several times to discharge the accumulator.
All vehicles
4. Disengage the steering coupling shield from the line fitting and slide upwards on the steering shaft.
