Vacuum Control Motor

Panel/Defrost Door

VACUUM CONTROL MOTOR - PANEL/DEFROST DOOR

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the extension duct.

2. Remove the panel/defrost door vacuum control motor.

Disconnect the vacuum line.

Remove the pushnut.

Remove the screws.

Remove the panel/defrost door vacuum control motor.

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

-

Install a new pushnut.

Air Inlet Door

VACUUM CONTROL MOTOR - AIR INLET DOOR

Removal and Installation

1. CAUTION:  Do not attempt to bend any part of the lever. It is brittle and will break.

Remove the air inlet door vacuum control motor.

Disconnect the vacuum line.

Remove the screws.

Rotate the vacuum control motor to disengage the lever and remove the air inlet door vacuum control motor.

2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
