F 350 2WD Super Duty V8-6.4L DSL Turbo (2009)
25. Tighten the 5 vertical EGR cooler mounting bolts.

Tighten the M8 bolts to 31 Nm (23 lb-ft).

Tighten the M10 bolt to 62 Nm (46 lb-ft).
26. Tighten the 4 bolts for the TB adapter.

Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
27. NOTE: Install a new O-ring seal.
Install the EGR cooler coolant tube and bolt.

Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
28. NOTE: It may be necessary to position the tensioner to install the lower bolt. Install the lower bolt last.
Position back the FEAD bracket and install the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.

Tighten to 47 Nm (35 lb-ft).
29. Position back the power steering pump and install the 3 bolts.

Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
