Case: Service and Repair
DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove snap ring retaining front output shaft ball bearing assembly in case.
2.
Remove output shaft seal and both input shaft seals.
3.
Press out front output shaft bearing and input shaft bushing from case.
ASSEMBLY
1.
Press a new input shaft bushing into case, making sure that lug is in downward position.
2.
Install a new output shaft ball bearing, then install snap ring.
3.
Press both input shaft seals into case, then the front output shaft seal.
