If you have SBDS and the July, 1994 CD-ROM issue, DO NOT order a processor. Reprogram the PCM with the July, 1994 CD-ROM.
Parts will not be direct shipped for this recall. Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels.

Store the old module in the same box you received the new replacement module in.
Hold the old module for receipt of FCS-700 Tag from the Warranty Parts Return Center (WPRC).
Wire tag the FCS-700 Tag to the PCM
Clearly mark on the outside of the box "Safety Recall 94S84"
UPON RECEIPT of FCS-700 TAG, ship the removed PCM, freight prepaid, to:
